Her work involves asana (often with props), meditation and breathing techniques. Her approach to working with students is calm, light-hearted and humorous, ensuring that her clients leave each session feeling rejuvenated, stress-free, and strong, with an over all sense of, “I’ve totally got this,” with just a hint of, “…what was I supposed to be worried about again?”
She strives to help her students, whether beginner, intermediate or advanced yogis, develop a better relationship to themselves so they may lead joyful, healthy lives off the yoga mat.
