Fall Group Coaching for Women

The DYS group coaching program is designed to support you in your journey to self-empowerment by practicing techniques that teach you the art of authoring your own life narratives. Within a group setting, each participant will receive one-on-one coaching time with Eli, as well as a free 30-minute astrology reading prior to the program. Through your commitment to personal growth, and with the support of a group of strong, like-minded women, you will finish this 6-week program having let go of old narratives that keep you feeling stuck; fully equipped with new, positive stories that point you in the direction of your highest potential.

Course Details:

*All sessions will be held via a Zoom video conference call. All sessions will be recorded and emailed to participants to keep.

Length: 6-Weeks

Dates: September 8th, 15th and 22nd + October 13th, 20th, and 27th

Availability: Open to 12 participants

Content: Throughout the course of our six weeks together, you will successfully deconstruct 2 narratives (*i.e. “I’m afraid I’ll fail if I leave my current job to pursue my passion,” or, “I’m ready to move on from my partner but I think I’ll be single forever if I do…”). You will rewrite these narratives from more empowered perspectives using specialized monologue-writing techniques, and share them out-loud with the group. You will receive constructive feedback to help you feel supported, understood, and capable of observing your experiences through a more objective lens. From there, you will be given homework in the form of writing exercises that require deep thought and introspection to help you rethink “your truth,” and your innate power to change it for the better.
